I met Sarah during a retreat at Orchardleigh. I have generally not entertained treatments before (being a typical guy) but decided to have an open mind during the retreat and I am so glad I did. I had an upper body hot stone massage from Sarah and have never felt better! Super relaxing and sorted a bunch of tension I never realised I had. Sarah made a point of making you feel very welcome and comfortable and did a great job explaining how different parts of the treatment worked & why they were important.
I will definitely go back to her if I'm in the area again.

Sarah gives the most wonderful treatments with the most glorious all round experience! The treatment room is set up so beautifully and all your senses are catered for from beautiful music and singing bowls to the wonderful aromas of oils! Surrounded by healing crystals you will have a gorgeous treatment whatever you go for! I have been going to Sarah for years but this time opted for some relaxing, rejuvenating reflexology as I’m 34 weeks pregnant and she specifically tailored this to mine and my babies needs, she is very knowledgeable and therefore totally safe to do at whatever stage of pregnancy!
