I first visited Pure Health Chiropractic after suffering with a persistent hip injury that wouldn’t go away. I had spent hours on the internet forums and websites looking for answers and had even been to my GP, but they were unable to help. The problem wouldn’t go away and was stopping me from doing the things I love such as running and cycling.

Chris was extremely professional and quick to identify the injury; he took the time to explain the root cause of the issue and how the treatment I received at the clinic, and rehabilitation exercises that he prescribed, would resolve the problem. The treatment that I received during my first visit reduced the pain and increased my mobility significantly. Following further treatment, and completing exercises and stretches at home, my hip problems have been completely resolved.

Since then, I have visited Pure Health Chiropractic on a number of occasions for everything from back pain, to ankle problems, to postural issues (I work at a desk all day!) and I have had nothing but positive experiences.

I can thoroughly recommend the services of Pure Health Chiropractic: Chris’ wealth of experience, his excellent manner and professionalism and chiropractic skills are worth it. I must stress though that following Chris’ advice, and performing the rehabilitation and exercises that he recommends, really is essential to get the most out of the treatment that he provides. I have been seeing Pure Health Chiropractic for the past 2 years after developing a neck injury. Chris carried out a full check up before starting treatment. At every step Chris has explained what he is doing and why, this is comforting as you begin to understand what the treatment is doing. Chris has gone out of his way to find exercises specific to me and my activities, suggested home treatments and advised on further treatment.
The centre is clean and well presented with a welcoming receptionist on hand to take bookings, payment (Chris takes cards or cash) and if you are claiming through insurance they will provide VAT receipts for the treatment provided.
I would highly recommend Chris and the Pure Health Chiropractic Centre in Newport. I still attend for 3-4 monthly checkups and will continue to do so. My activity is road cycling and I always manage to aggrevate my injury and Chris is always there to fix it.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Chris for his amazing service. Chris managed to get me in on very short notice after injuring my back. He explained in great detail why I was in the pain I was in and how he was going to help me. He gave me advise on how to properly lift and to take better care of my back.
