Great customer service. I was having an issue ordering online so decided to make contact by phone. Outstanding, honest and open customer service explained to me that my order maybe delayed by strike action by the Royal Mail, setting my expectations. Would highly recommend as a delighted customer. I had high hopes for the pants I purchased 4 pairs in total The medium was too tight around the legs so ordered 2 more pairs in large still a little uncomfortable
but the main reason I cannot recommend them is they are not fit for purpose They are meant to absorb 500mls but they don't I have ordered from a different company and hoping they are a big improvement
