I visited this pharmacy on Tuesday , and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received. The staff was not only friendly and professional, but they also took the time to answer all of my medical questions with patience and care.

They went above and beyond and offered helpful advice without making me feel rushed. It’s clear they prioritise their customers’ well-being. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for excellent service and knowledgeable staff.

One of the best pharmacies I’ve ever had! They’re very prompt on organising my repeat medications, and give me prior warning should they need to order items in with an estimated time. A lot of people take for granted how much pharmacies have to deal with, especially with other pharmacies closing down and added pressure.
This pharmacy (regardless of how busy) always remain approachable and professional. They also offer other great services like blood pressure checks, consults and vaccinations. Thank you PRX! 😊

Got a text yesterday to go and pick up my regular medication. Went today, they said it wasn't ready. I pointed out that I had had a text. After 15 minutes of searching the completely chaotic messy piles of medication behind the counter they asked me to come back later as it could not be found. While I was waiting there were to elderly ladies waiting for covid vaccines, both had been given appointment times for 12:15 and 12:00, both were told they could not have vaccines until after 1pm. This is because the pharmacists is in the back room eating fish and chips, though they were not told this. I realise we are all entitled to a lunch hour, but this business is not fit for purpose. It is not fair to ask elderly people to wait for long periods or make a second journey to get their vaccines. The chaotic piles of medicine are rather worrying.

This pharmacy gave me a completely different medication as a substitute without telling me which I took at the same interval because I was given no guidance otherwise which caused my hormone levels to spike in a way I've now found was extremely dangerous for me and has caused me horrible side effects. Not helped by the thinly-veiled contemptuous, disinterested attitude of the woman who is usually behind the counter who handed it to me.
