I have attended 3 of Alina’s yoga classes now. The class is relaxed and everyone very friendly. We are treated as individuals and made to feel at ease, even when posture is corrected.
After the class I feel so relaxed and have a wonderful nights sleep. I look forward to attending every Wednesday.
Highly recommend and I had never tried yoga before

I recently had a reflexology appointment which in itself was wonderful and the therapist was very attentive to make sure I was comfortable on the massage table.
The only issue we both had was the level of volume coming from the adjacent room, the therapist excused herself and spoke to the people in said room and explained she had a client. The volume then decreased a little but it was still at a level where I couldn’t totally relax. This is the only reason i haven’t given a full five stars.

I suffer with chronic pain and asked if I could have an ad hoc short appointment with Jade as my back has been hurting for over a month . Jade was excellent, the massage was incredible to the point since she worked on my lower back I have not needed to take any pain relief. The pain has completely disappeared! I will now be booking a monthly appointment to keep the pain at bay! I could not highly recommend Jade enough! Thank you Jade, looking forward to my next appointment
