I just came to the end of my routine sessions with Jaclyn. All I can say is that she has changed my life. Jaclyn always put me at ease and made me feel able to talk about anything. She helps you identify your goals with therapy and where you want to be by the end, and makes sure you utilise all your sessions to the fullest. She does this by ensuring you don’t just accidentally slip into a rant of the weeks events, which is very easy to do! She is kind, friendly and ethical and I feel like a different person than I was 12 months ago and know I can contact her in the future if I need her. I’d recommend to everyone.

Jaclyn came to Burnley College Sixth Form to discuss Counselling and Psychotherapy. The students loved her workshop; exploring the topics they have studied in class in the context of real-world application. After asking me some questions before the talk, I found the workshop was pitched at the right level and was thoroughly engaging and informative.
