I wanted to express my thanks to Procare for taking on the care at home that my mother needed for the last few weeks of her life. Everyone I met and spoke to during this difficult time demonstrated professionalism and empathy, whilst endeavouring to meet all the needs and requests of mum and her immediate family.
I will always be grateful that trusted members of your team were with us when mum passed away and gave me the calm support I so needed at that distressing time.
My heartfelt thanks go to all Procare staff who visited mum regularly. Theirs is a challenging job, yet all tasks were carried out with skill, understanding and good humour. They are carers who truly care.

Pro care was an outstanding care centre. My mum was in last life support and the carer lived in with my mum and dad for a few days . She was so warm and supportive and totally calm at a very difficult time for us all. She took care of all my mother’s needs and was willing to support my father as well by doing housework to allow him to rest and care as her husband. My mother warmed to Mo straight away and was taking care of her right to the end. A wonderful company, good organization, efficient but very respectful.
