I enquired about an appointment at short notice and Jenna got me straight in. I am a runner and sports massage therapist, my legs were tired and tight in areas. Jenna made me feel at ease immediately and was very informative throughout the massage. I asked Jenna some questions and she taught me some things I didn’t know. The massage was great it was on just the right level and I came away with a feeling of euphoria. I had an afternoon power nap and still feel mellowed now.

I can honestly say that Jenna is the best physio I have ever met (and I have been through a few). Her medical knowledge is second to non, and she didn't try and book any unnecessary future visits. I have been suffering with agonising hip pain for 6 months, and she has helped me relieve this. She was so supportive, I wish I had more injuries so that I could see her again!! Honestly can't recommend her enough. Thank you so so much Jenna x

She is clearly very interested and enthusiastic about what she does and her high level expertise shines through from the start. I visited today for the first time. I found Jennas knowledge and attention to detail, professional, essential and informative. I feel I have a better understanding of how my body works within my sport, how I can rehabilitate and recover and how to prevent further injury.
