After spending a small fortune on Chiropractors I found Rob at Proative online and thought why not give it a try.After the first assessment the underlying causes of my back and neck issues were identified as more muscular than skeletal and after just a couple more visits and with the diagnosed exercises I now feel better than I have for years!. Where to start.After the birth of my daughter, who has just turned 24!, I began to experience awful sharp pain in my hands and arms whenever laying down which woke me up at night and then after time it was permanent discomfort day and night.I was misdiagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and received cortisone injections for several years.I worked as cabin crew and basically just learnt to live with the pain but over the years my posture suffered and numerous visits to different professionals proved fruitless.
A week ago I went to see Rob for the first time and after only one visit the difference was enormous.The scans were so helpful for me to see along with Rob clearly explaining them to me.Embarrassingly I was really emotional as after so many years of discomfort the relief I felt physically ,and the hope he has given me is hard to put into words.Rob is so professional and clearly knows his stuff but the care and understanding he shows his clients is unquantifiable.He has also helped my brother in law who was immobile with back pain for weeks and is now up and about again.
I’ve been twice and even though I live abroad I intend to see Rob asap and in the meantime I’ll be following the exercises he has shown me to continue my recovery.There are people out there doing amazing things and Rob is one of them.

From the very first appointment Rob has been amazing. I couldn’t walk properly, had one leg shorter than the other, foot drop, piriformis syndrome, and hamstring tendinopathy, I was feeling pretty hopeless. Rob diagnosed the issues straight away and over a period of several appointments we have been systematically working through them. His knowledge is second to none, I always leave feeling better and most importantly with renewed hope!
Having the scan was a revelation, it clearly illustrates where your imbalances are which helped me visualise the issues, I can’t recommend it enough.
Rob talks you through everything that you need to focus on, exercises and stretches and explains the mechanics and relationships between muscles, tendons and skeleton which I find very helpful.
I am going to book an MRI through him next as having seen a consultant and been told it’s not a big enough problem, I know Rob will take my pain and mobility issues more seriously and offer me the expertise, advise and help I need.
I feel very lucky to have found him, don’t hesitate to book an appointment, you are in the best professional hands.

I put my back out and was in a lot of pain , unable to do much apart from lay down to ease the pain. After three days a friend suggested an osteopath, so I rang proactive and made an appointment with David Mudge.
He didn't need to see me once or twice a week for the next 6-8 weeks, he sorted my back out in 45 minutes.
I couldn't bend, twist, walk or anything without lots of pain when I walked in.
When David had finished, I could do all of the above and even ran back to my car.
I highly recommend David Mudge!
