Pro Nursing health care is the best agency I have worked with. They give listening ear to their staff, provide adequate work kits and prompt payment. I have never had any cause to complain of any area of their management. The management is polite and very friendly. My only issue is to get more shifts whenever I want. If names are permitted to be mentioned, Natasha and Nicole in Cardiff are the best. Hope they read. I appreciate you guys.

I have had a very good and excellent experience working with pronursing.
They are set of wonderful people ready to listen and help resolve issues. They customer service is top notch who always try to provide help. But however there are not always available shifts recently. Doing one shift in two weeks is not really helping us staff.
Though in all I still give it 5 🌟 knowing that is not intentional while hoping to get block booked shifts.

We are so pleased we found Pro Nursing Homecare after few trials and errors. From the moment we got in touch we had super service, always sound advice, very helpful and professional approach. Jodi and Lee-Ann are in touch regularly and visit to check on our needs and changing situation. The carers provided are first class. Our live in carer, Marjorie , is very reliable, helpful and deals amazingly well with complex needs. Ibukun is a night carer and we got on well straight away. Very punctual, professional, lovely warm personality. We both always look forward to his visit knowing that all will be well
