I used service with this place and I was helped with setting up Bank Account online and on App...the carer gave me an induction and instructions how to use my TSB banking online and app...I was fully informed to use Banking online as previously I haven't known how to do that...also the carer stays in my bungalow under my permission to pick up post package delivery if I cannot be at home due to my work...the carer also helps me with shopping sometimes and she helps me to make meals on the occasions...the service provided is very good and I would recommend the service to anyone else Reading this post. The carer is nice, polite and professional and she delivers the service well.
