Dr Peck is an absolutely fantastic Doctor. So kind, compassionate and understanding. She has been my saviour with regards to Perimenopause and HRT. Explained things to me so well and always put my mind at ease. Also helped me with another issue which I have been struggling with for some time, where the NHS and other private specialists had failed. The clinic is always friendly on the phone or in person.

Always there for me whenever necessary. Easy to pick up the phone, speak to someone friendly, efficient and calm. Able to organise a remote or in person appointment very quickly. The doctors then assess my situation, getting to grips with a treatment plan which gives immediate support. Diagnosis is discussed; treatment begins. No messing. Tests are organised if necessary and carried out asap. Follow up and support given thru yr journey. Cost effective, caring, amazing treatment. Saved my life 3 times now. Thank you to all involved in this wonderful service.

My experience with this surgery has always been excellent, having been a patient for over twenty years. My recent visit for a medical was enjoyable, informative, and I was able to understand and appreciate the various explanations given within my examination. Dr Dunn and the Private GP service fully deserve five stars.

I couldn’t recommend the Private GP service enough. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr McCreddie is amazing she really listens and couldn’t do enough for you. It’s practically impossible to get a GP appointment at my local doctors so will be going here for all future appointments.

Dr McCredie is extremely professional, knowledgeable and has a warm and friendly personality. She listened to me which is what I needed from my NHS GP but didn’t get anywhere with them. I thoroughly recommend and rate her extremely highly as a medical professional.

I have been seeing Dr Jossen McConnell for several years. She has helped me through various health problems. I feel I receive an attentive and understanding approach. This is something I have not experienced with my NHS GP, I understand their pressures but feel I get a better consultation with a Private GP practice.

Always answer the phone and usually get appointment quickly. A one stop shop for most of the tests we have ever needed. Appointment time generous and wonderfully caring and efficient doctors. We have been clients of this practice more or less from when it started and really appreciate the support they have given us over the years.
