I’ve been seeing my psychiatrist Angeline for quite some time now. After seeing a counsellor previously which really didn’t help me at all. I really wasn’t in a good place when I started my sessions with Angeline, but after a lot of work between the two of us I have come out the other end feeling positive and energised. Although I was skeptical with some of the processes we used, they really did/do help. Dr Baig who I saw there before Angeline, who is part of the wellbeing group, was also very good and came to a conclusion with my symptoms very quickly, I’m on medication now that has levelled my moods, I feel like my old self again, I highly recommend them.

The therapy sessions with Angeline have been incredible. I feel I have made very good progress, and when I was at a very low ebb, her support and guidance was invaluable. I'm very pleased that I feel lots more confident now, and that I have come to terms with a lot of the pain and trauma that I had previously buried for many years. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for those who can access private mental health care. Obviously, treatment of this kind is highly personalised, but I was matched with someone very suited to my needs and my treatment is effective and safe. The rest of the team are friendly and capable and the environment is professional and dignified.

Administration is excellent as well, they are easily contactable by telephome and reply to phone messages and enquiries promptly and effectively, the reception desk is well staffed and booking appointments is easy and accurate. Sessions seem to run to time and the the waiting area is clean and comfortable.

ACCESSIBILITY
I use a walking stick so I have to have treatment in a ground floor room as there is no lift. The general areas are spacious and uncluttered and there is a good disabled toilet but the old building has a large front step and door lip that may pose a problem, I believe they open an alternate entrance for those on wheels but I have not used it or seen it. I found the staff are friendly and accommodating and don't make you feel like an inconvenience or a special case. So I recommend others with similar needs explain in advance when making your first appointment before you rock up on the first day with the wrong accessories and find you can't get through the front door without assistance.

I would preferred to have given zero stars. In my opinion these people are no more than common thieves. They try to take your money but do nothing to help. Thankfully I found the help I needed elsewhere.
