The priory have been exceptionally good. I have been treated for anxiety. The therapy I’ve received has helped me to get to know myself better and broken down shame that I struggled to see and share. It has helped me very much. The psychiatrist I saw was helpful and I had a few meetings with them. My advice would be to go to an NHS psychatrist to discuss your treatment plan and any drugs you may take before going to the priory group so that you have an understanding before discussing what drug you need so that you can be on the adequate drug.

Privately diagnosed my child ASD and adhd the communication was brilliant and waiting time was only 5 months from assessment to diagnosis. We are now on shared care which is working really well and we have regular reviews every 6 months.

They have chased my previous private healthcare provider multiple times for a payment I have already made to them over the phone. Very unprofessional and - quite frankly - predatory against vulnerable people.

Edit: Still ongoing, has been over two years now they are chasing for a payment already made. Bank can see it, I can see it. They have since been in contact two years later saying I owe them more money now. It is *very* worrying that this business works within the mental health sector. Avoid at all (and extra!) costs.
