Fully negative experience. Was passed on to here from my GP at the start of January for travel jabs. I rang them straight away and got a telephone appointment for beginning of February. They then booked my jabs in for a week or two later. I got a call the day of the jabs saying someone was sick and it needed cancelling. They then gave me another appointment for mid march. My partner contacted them after me and ended up getting an appointment the day before mine. The day of my appointment they then rang back to say they no longer do these vaccinations despite my partner going the day previous and I got told to maybe look at boots. It’s shocking customer service constantly cancelling and rearranging to then not provide the service in the end. Waste of time & could be dangerous for someone who needed to travel within a period of getting the injections.

The Doctors, sent me to Primary health care in Woodlands road as Doctors had no appointments left, finding the place was easy but no car park eventually found a place of one of the streets, so my advice is to go a little early it may take a while to get parked. it's a large place.but found the waiting room the receptionist was a lovely lady took a seat and wasn't long for a doctor called my name . Although very busy he didn't hurry me and listened to all I had to say soon found the problem and sent me of with a prescription for strep throat and a lot of good advice, he wasn't a doctor from my own practice, so made sure he read up on his computer to find out about me so all was good. he got up and walked me to the door I thought that was very kind so altogether a positive experience.

Had both ears flushed to remove earwax.
Treated as an individual and shown full respect by a very professional and courteous member of staff.
5 stars.. 10/10….

Was referred here from my GP. Had an appointment with the nurses for a women's health appointment, wasn't listened to, they did not take good care, and didn't change anything when I was in severe pain. Truly traumatising, never coming here again.

Lovely clinic and staff but have no idea where I'm supposed to park! No parking available except for staff - had to park all the way up the busy residential street with a bad foot - not great! Building also only had dental written out the front so really not clear where I was meant to be for my healthcare appointment.

Needs better signs and parking!!

Terrible experience. Made me wait for 6 weeks for an answer, going back and forth on their decision, only to refer me to a service they should have referred me to in the 1st week.
