I went to Nikki a few months ago needing help with lower back pain, plus after several hip and knee operations to assist with overall movement issues and she has been amazing! The Myofascial Release treatment and Scar Therapy has been insightful, as originally I asked and booked in for a sports massage and I had never heard of this before. I have been going regularly to Nikki and the results in movement and overall well being have been great! 🙂

After almost 25 frustrating years experimenting with different practitioners, disciplines and techniques I approached Nikki at Pressure Points Therapy in 2019 and have received regular treatment for back pain ever since. Nikki's expertise as a soft tissue therapist is without doubt, however, what makes her unique is the amount of listening and careful reflection that always guides the treatment you will receive. Nikki considers the whole body when deciding on a treatment plan and I am convinced that this approach not only gives me greater mobility and significantly less pain but, critically, results in longer gaps between visits.

I am a Pilates teacher working/using my body repetitively daily. Nikki is a highly qualified, skilled and experienced therapist, she uses myofascial release work, which I also incorporate into my work. I have a session with her every month and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my clients and friends.

I have been going to Pressure Points Therapy for around a year now, following surgery to remove my Thyroid and some nodes in my neck. I had restricted movement in my neck following the surgery and the treatment by Nikki has helped to improve my issue and is continuing to do so. I would highly recommend Pressure Points Therapy and would have no hesitation is coming back again.

I had surgery and the scar was restricting my range of movement -despite a programme of physio exercises. Nikki worked on the scar and released the tightness in the surrounding tissues. I was able to move my limb far more freely afterwards.
