From the moment I called to make my initial enquiry, I was impressed by the level of professionalism of this company. Cristian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and returned my call exactly as promised. Every effort was made to ensure that the visit to my mothers home was as convenient as possible, and the gentleman who came out to see us ( Graham) was kind and patient. He put us both at ease and took time to set up the wheelchair to our personal specifications. I would not only recommend premiere health care but would give a 6 star review if it were possible. this chair has made such a difference to many of our service users lives, it has enabled people to go into the garden in comfort and join in activities in comfort, this has enabled one of the service users to be able to eat more independently and gain weight due to positioning at the table being much better. we are encouraging more of our relatives to purchase one
