They care for my mum who is bed bound and their time keeping is ridiculous always late never turn up at the time they are supposed to they don't do anything for her apart from make a cup of tea and warm up a microwave meal for her they always say the dont have time or they are always in a rush to leave when she asks for anything doing in the house they rush to get her changed and cleaned. The carers blame the office and the office blame the carers no one wants to listen to any complaints.

Premier cared for my housebound 97 year old dad for 3 months prior to him going into a Nursing home permanently. . He loved a shower & even though he had very little mobility they managed to do that for him every other day which was his highlight of his day. They were all very kind & showed genuine concern for him. I would happily recommend Premier.

Absolute Time wasters. NEVER on time always the same excuse 'last client fell down steps had to wait for ambulance

It's been nothing but stress since this company started our care package. They built a beatuiful picture about there service but reality kicked in very quickly they never turn up on time. Morning call sometimes have to wait till noon, and bedtime call can end up being midnight. They never answer phone when you ring and If they do they pass the blame to the carers. You ask the carers they pass the blame to the office.
Premiere Care are not fit to have a licence to operate TIMEWASTERS need to be shut down.

Looks after a friend of mine. Never goes by care plan. Meant to change bed but can be left 3 weeks and sheets brown and I change myself. Meant to wash up, they don't. All they do is heat microwave meal and leave. Never clean. My friend pays a lot of money every month.

since my last post the company has bitten the dust and must be now be one of the worst care providers in Bradford, lack of safe gurding , no regular staff (think they must keep leaving) having to rely on agency staff now as dont seem to be able to get new members of staff , KEEP CLEAR of them

Not a great company at all staff don't wear uniforms or I'd my dad may have alzimers so he doesn't know what happening fullysome day the staff have only been there for 3 minutes so havnt even made him a drink in that time in my eyes not a profesional outfit!
