I had a procedure in October. I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful care I received on the day. Being slightly apprehensive when I arrived I was made to feel at ease by Gemma Collier who was my nurse for the time I was there. She was very thorough and put my mind at rest going through what was going to happen. Gemma was so caring, kind and professional. All the staff are amazing.

I visited the surgical centre today for a gastroscopy. From the moment I checked in at reception, I received the utmost care. The nurses and surgical team took the time to explain everything clearly, and the consultant met with me before the procedure. From start to finish, the entire process took about an hour, after which I was given a detailed report outlining the findings and recommendations.

I have had a first class experience again with Practice Plus Gillingham. I had to have a second sebaceous cyst removed. From seeing Consultant, pre assessment and booking appointment to treatment my experience has been one of positivity. All the staff including the girls at reception through to the surgical team have been extremely caring and nothing is too much of a problem. I cannot thank this clinic enough for the way they have treated myself with what, I am sure, is a very common condition and I felt that I was treated with care, respect and as an individual. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I had cysts removed from my head on Monday the 11th August, from the moment I arrived I felt looked after, Lorraine brown was amazing, really felt she cared, and Teresa was lovely, and when I had a bit of a moment in theatre it was handled brilliantly. I probably waffled on a lot due to nerves. But the care I got was really good.
My surgeon Muhammed was great., just got to recover now and then I will be back to have stitches removed. Thank you to the wonderful team. Carole.

Very disappointed with this clinic. I was meant to have a hiatal hernia surgery. I had already the appoinment to have the checks before the surgery. They have canceled one of them as apparently they did not have a nurse and rescheduled me. Second appointment they called me a day before saying that because the surgeon left their practice my documents will have to be sent back to the GP and to start everything from the beginning.
All this took a lot of months until I got to the point where I was offered a surgery and to start everything from the beginning it’s a joke. I had to take off from work and waste my time so in the end not to even have the surgery done and to start everything from the beginning.
I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Very unprofessional.😡

I was referred by my GP to this Centre through the NHS. On arrival I was warmly greeted at the desk by the receptionist and again by the nurse. I immediatly felt at ease with Consultant, Mr. Mohamed, with his pleasant demeanour. Although I have not elected for surgery as yet. If I do in the future I am confident I would be in capable hands.

I have been in for cataract surgery on my right eye and was all good. Today I went back for my left eye and all nurses were very good. Was prepared for surgery and the consultant came and said he wants to talk to me. He wasn't very nice, intimidating and looking down on me.I left very upset. All nurses came to apologise on his behalf. I didn't go there without proper appointment, and I went through all the checks they needed to do. It's n.ot my fault if they missed it. This consultant treated me like a nobody, a fool, I thought it was a joke, who he asked me several times if I know what the operation is about. It's not my job, so after all that,he cancelled the operation and left me in a waiting room, to wait for more abuses. I left afterwards when my daughter picked me up, but they were insisting that he has to give a letter or something. He said as I don't understand, I should come with a relative or whatever. You are not a nice human sir.

Confirmed appointment but never happened therefore asked for this to be looked into and was promised a call/email but not heard back despite chasing have had no choice but to go elsewhere, very disappointing, and wasted so much time. Terrible service.
