Went here today after I had finished work from the train station. A long walk but it was worth. Liam was really helpful and useful in giving me the best advice even though I want to buy and try out every product on the shelves. He gave me great advice on what supplements to take when I gave him information that I run a lot and he saws very honest and straight up with me.

He was really kind and it was so good speaking to him. He’s the best in this game and honestly this is the best store I’ve ever been to which has supplements all sorts of kind it’s like walking into heaven with all the different varieties of supplements.

I bought per4m whey and he even advised me what flavour to go with sticking with the chocolate flavour for now ended up buying cookies and cream. Helped me with buying per4m electrolytes even though I wanted to try the alien brand haha and stocked up on protein bars. Got some ashwagandha too and he was very generous and thoughtful of him to offer me a free shaker and T-shirt. Appreciate it mate and I hope to visit there again in the future.

This is the ultimate candy shop for all gym goers, If you're someone new and need advise you're in excellent hands, you'll get expert advice from a very knowledgeable person.

The owner is a gentleman and always happy to help, from Nutrition to training he's got you covered, Nothing beats the feeling of leaving a shop with all your goodies in a bag!

Prices are very competitive too, considering its a brick and mortar store that have way more overheads they've done a excellent job in keeping prices affordable. For a modest sized shop they have a huge selection of pre workouts, all types of Whey Protein, Vitamins and mnat many more supplements! I'd be shocked if you didn't find what you're looking for.

I've been going here since it first opened up and I'll continue to go there for as long as it's open, customer for life.

You could say im a regular by now. Everytime I go in its 'liam. What can I take for this' And I either get an answer and a supplement with an explanation as to how it's going to work or an honest 'nothing, eat more of this or less of that you don't need a supplement for that'

Everything is fairly priced and cheaper than ive found online and Liam who owns it actually makes supplements and has trained for a long time so the knowledge is irreplaceable. Could buy crap online and guess if it's going to work and waste money or I could go talk to Liam for a couple of minutes and get an education on what to use and why and also get it cheaper than online anyway 🙃 highly recommend a visit if you haven't already. All things gym and health. Even got my mum some collagen for her joints. So it's not just for bodybuilders 🤷
