Wow! I popped into this lovely pharmacy in the week just to see if I could get advice on menopause.

Update now dropped to 3.7 stars!

Long waiting times and some indifferent staff. There is a reason this has an average of just 3.9 stars; it’s because they don’t prioritise customers. Sometimes you can be waiting an age and they will just ignore you and carry on chatting and sorting out orders without even a kind “I will be with you in a minute” and one of the pharmacists was very rude to us recently. On another occasion I have had a good experience, but I think that was prior to the current owners taking over.

I had a problem with a prescription last week , which was my surgery ‘s error .
The pharmacy tried their best to help with an urgent request for our medication .
It was ready for collection yesterday .
Unfortunately my husband and I have now contacted Covid . So could not collect .
Hopefully my daughter will collect today .

I have had a very varied customer support service from this branch - very helpful 5 star rating on two occasions.
This really does depend on which staff members are working on the day.
I visited the pharmacy yesterday and the young woman with the dark hair behind the till could not have been less helpful...1 star for her.
I asked her a question, she replied I don't know and walked away.
With that manner you have lost two customers 'cause I won't be back...thanks a lot!
I went to Tesco chemist and asked the exact same question, they couldn't have been any more helpful...I'll be going there instead now.

When the new owners took over I was ready to go elsewhere as it was not very good, however both my husband and myself decided to give them a chance and now it is completely different and we are very pleased with the service.
