Absolute Magic!!!! Darren totally fixed me! After being unable to walk for 4 months due to an accident, I went there with 0 hope and left walking without pain! How is that even possible? I can only describe Darren and what he does as a miracle. Blown away. Couldn't recommend him more.

Darren is so knowledgeable. I had back pain for years but never aware that my pelvis is not moving enough to the anterior during my gait and remain higher and more to the right (do not swing as supposed to the left) and I always thought my back problem is because of my flat feet but Darren showed me these few exercises that can magically improve my foot arch. I am so grateful and highly recommend him to everyone.

Darren is brilliant. I've been having leg and hip pain for 5 months, and he quickly identified certain muscle imbalances that might be contributing to the pain. After a week since seeing him, my pain has noticeably reduced and I'm moving more freely. Even a seemingly unrelated arm issue has cleared up suddenly. All of this progress has come from a few basic exercises that take 5 minutes a day. Highly recommend seeing him if you're in pain and looking for potential answers.
