By far and away the best GP practice my family have used. I’ve only dealt with Annette on reception and found her to be very helpful and kind. Same goes for Kate, one of the nurses, who was so professional and reassuring to my wife when she took her staples out after a major operation. 👍👍

I have always been impressed with this surgery. I often hear stories from my employees that are unable to get an appointment and have long waiting lists.
I called at 920 had an appointment at 940, blood tests at 10 am! As close to private medical cover you can get if not better!
This is not a one off incident either, I have always had this level service and the doctors here have taken the time out to private call me with any updates even if bother to report.

Dr Mulu genuinely saved my life, after failed spinal surgery and being told the pain and numbness was in my head by the previous GP, Dr mulu put me on the right medication and repeated an mri that prompted a second surgery.

Can’t say enough good things about this surgery and the staff, they are all just amazing. They’ve been absolutely brilliant, all so friendly and approachable. Never been to a doctors surgery like it. Clinical team are amazing the resection staff however offer constant miscommunication & will even insult callers making it hard to engage.

I have some great experiences and in some areas it is the best GP I have had. They are very polite and helpful and very kind. However, they booked me an appointment that was for someone else and told me they had a dummy patient for this type of problem. This is a patient confidentiality issue which shocked me and has made me nervous. Also, I could not get my regular medication as they did not have it in stock and the clinical pharmacist prescribed me a medication that a pharmacist told me is so old and rarely prescribed that he did not think was still made. I explained my medical issue yet the GP surgery made no attempt to find me an alternative where I resorted to going to my previous county to a pharmacist I know is really good to ask him. He sorted the situation for me and found my previous medication will be in stock soon. They have many good qualities however it has some negative ones that can be very frustrating and that I never had with my previous GP. I have just moved into the area so trying to withhold to much judgement and recognise there positive qualities.

I've used a lot of GPs and this is by far the best GP I have ever used. The receptionist are fantastic and incredibly helpful. I've never had to wait longer than 2 mins to get through the phone. Appointments readily available. Doctors overall are great and don't rush you out the door. They have services available at the practice like first contact physio appointments and counselling which is really helpful. A really great little GPs
