Moved to the area recently and joined this dentist. Previously I was at a Bupa private. Pond is brilliant, I find it stress free, the staff are great and all works have been pain free. The Reception are also really helpful so it’s 5/5 for me!

Barbara is a wonderful hygienist. She is very professional and caring. I had a bridge fitted and had no been cleaning it properly. She showed me how to do it and provided me with a trial kit if brushes. Very happy.

Hershal Shah at Pondhouse dentist was very kind and professional in my 2 recent treatments. He explains the rationale for treatment and x Ray findings and answers your questions with patience. The numbing injections worked so well that I had no pain during treatment. He agrees the cost of the treatment with you in advance which is reassuring. I can recommend him if you are looking for a dentist in Chalfont Saint Giles.

New dentist was very nice. Somehow though it felt like more of a consultation about possible future work (not all of which is essential) than a dental check up. Would have liked some cleaning, probing, polishing to justify cost and time for appointment. I need some benefit from regular check up else in future will just do hygienist and dental visit when there’s an issue. I know it’s about prevention but for £70 would like to feel I got something from the visit too.
