I have been with Polegate Dental Practice for nearly 40 years. I have seen many changes. The current staff Sarah Senior Receptionist and Michelle Practice Manager are lovely. Always had a positive experience here, but I'm leaving this review on behalf of my 10 year old son who is autistic. The dentist we saw is a very patient gentleman and speaks softly to my son, takes breaks for him as needed and is overall very understanding of his needs. I wanted to say how much I really appreciate that as we have had negative experiences in the past.

I have been going to Polegate Dentistry over the past few years since moving to Polegate in 2014 and I have to say that this morning’s visit just for a routine checkup was simply a pleasant experience with the new reception staff who were very professional indeed.
Well done for changing staff that actually know how to look after patients so well.

I broke a tooth (never a great experience!) and from the initial phone call to the receptionist, getting an appointment (within 48 hours!) and a kind, compassionate, personable Dentist effecting a pain free and excellent repair, cannot praise this practice enough. NHS Dentistry gets a lot of bad press but I can't speak highly enough about the care and service I receive from Polegate Dental Practice. I feel valued and respected and the treatment I have received has been absolutely first class. The manager, her staff and the clinical team are excellent. Brilliant dentist. I am an extremely nervous patient due to past bad experiences. I have just had some very extensive work done here over the last few months and the team were all very patient with me and never made me feel daft for getting upset. The receptionists are lovely and seem to remember everyone who walks through the door
