I’m truly grateful for the wonderful care I received at this polish private clinic. I have been seen by neurologist Dr. Aleksandra Herrera-Sokolowska and she was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also so kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. She took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel understood and supported during a difficult time. I left the appointment feeling hopeful and reassured. I can’t thank her enough — I’m so happy I chose this clinic, and I’m deeply thankful for the exceptional care Dr. Aleksandra provided.

A warm atmosphere, kind service staff, a sensitive doctor, in my case a neurologist Anna Herrera-Sokolowska. She is understanding, accommodating and professional. Neurologist knew how to explain everything, calm down and advise. The attitude and the recommendations and help provided were worth spending 12 hours on the road to use this service. The price is also acceptable for the service provided.

Extremely Disappointed with Service and Follow-Up

I had a very disappointing experience at this private doctor surgery. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, only to find out—after waiting over an hour—that the doctor hadn’t even been informed I was there. This level of disorganisation is unacceptable, especially for a private practice where efficiency and professionalism are expected.

After finally being seen, the doctor conducted the necessary checks and assured me that the results would be sent via email. It has now been almost two months, and I have still not received anything.

This experience has seriously shaken my trust in the clinic's ability to provide proper care and communication. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative practices that value their patients’ time and follow through on their commitments.

Extremely Disappointed – Still No Test

I rang on Thursday, and they assured me the results would be sent on Friday. Nothing arrived.

I followed up again on Saturday, and once more was promised a call back “shortly.” Unsurprisingly, no one got back to me – and it’s now well past that timeframe.

For a private healthcare provider, this level of communication is shocking. When you’re paying for a service, the minimum expectation is professionalism and timely follow-up – especially when it concerns your health.

I still have no answers, no updates, and no idea when or if I’ll even receive the results. Completely unacceptable.

We have used Poland Medical in Coventry numerous times for various treatments. They also have a branch in Harrow. Their premises are spotlessly clean and welcoming; the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. You don’t have to be a Polish national to make an appointment! Dr Lukasz Kulesa was very professional and friendly at all times. He listened carefully to the health concerns we had about our son, and answered all our questions with knowledge and further guidance. We paid £120 for consultation and extra £30 for a test. 4 stars because although we arrived for our appointment on time , we had to wait 30min because clinic appointments were running late.

After searching for an endocrinologist, I found the prices here were of the best value. I rang and got an appointment within two days. The endocrinologist Dr. Magdalena Powidz was very thorough in my assessment. I could of easily been brushed off with my numerous symptoms I was dealing with. If it wasn't for her noticing the puffiness and shape of my hands and questioning further, I would have never of received my diagnosis. I was warned that what she was testing for was rare but after my blood test, it was positive. She advised me to speak to my GP and get referred in the NHS which I did. I've now been diagnosed with acromegaly and due to have surgery to remove my brain tumor. If it wasn't for Dr. Magdalena Powidz, I could of spent years continuing to be disabled with no quality of life, so I just want to thank her so much for seeing me as a person and not blaming my symptoms on psychological causes like most Drs did for three years in the NHS. Thankyou Dr. Magdalena Powidz, you are the start of my healing journey. In my MDT I told other endocrinologists about you and they were amazed at your early detection skills as well. I have no doubts about recommending Dr. Magdalena Powidz if you have an endocrinology concern.
