Ploy Star Thai Massage

I do not recommend unfortunately. Therapist had her phone on during the treatment. Constant text messages going off. Door left wide open into main reception when I had to get off couch to get dressed baring in mind naked from the waist up. Just really not professional in comparison to other Thai Massage treatments available in Shrewsbury

This was one of the worst experiences I've had during a massage. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the lady performing the massage right from the start. She asked me to sign a sheet, saying, "If you get a heart attack, not my problem." During the massage, she wanted to play her low-volume "relaxing" music from her phone, but I kindly declined, choosing to listen to my own music on my AirPods. She then started talking about how she usually only massages "naughty men who are not happy with their wives at home" and implied they seek her out for pleasure that their wives don't provide. I felt extremely uncomfortable at that point. She also asked me to let her know if the pressure was too soft or too hard during the massage. When I mentioned that the pressure was too hard and painful, she disregarded my feedback, saying, "I am not used to massaging someone like you; I usually massage strong or naughty men who only want to be touched." She persisted with her approach, and when I told her again that it was too hard, she stated that she wouldn't listen to me anymore and would do as she pleased. This prompted me to stop the massage and leave. As I got up to leave, she started gesturing as if I were crazy and blamed the music I was listening to on my AirPods for my reaction. She even demanded to see the music I was listening to, which I declined. Now, I am receiving harassing text messages and calls from her because I complained to the manager. I've had many massages in cities like London and Dubai, but I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior. As a well-respected doctor and professional, I cannot tolerate this level of service. I strongly advise anyone considering her for a massage to think twice.

I am not from Shrewsbury, so finding this wee gem was amazing! Highly recommend it! Wouldn't go anywhere else! The Studio is warm, clean and inviting and you are met with a friendly atmosphere. Ploy is very professional and has an excellent understanding of muscular tensions. I was so tense before my massage but Ploy was able to massage all my knots. I walked out feeling like I have a new body. This is the 1st Thai massage, where i strutted out feeling very rejuvenated 5 * ! Thanks again Ploy. Look forward to coming to Shropshire for my next Thai massage !

I've been to Ploy Star a couple of times for deep tissue massages and I can't wait to go again. By far the best massages I've ever had (and I've had a lot - sports injuries etc.)! Shin really knows what she's doing and adjusts the pressure to suit your body and your needs. The atmosphere is great and relaxing, and you're always treated so well. Thanks so much and can't wait to come back!

I recently tried out Ploy Star Thai Massage, having a full body deep tissue massage. I was very impressed. The masseur knew what she was doing and regularly checked if the amount of pressure she was applying was okay. The room was pleasant and the staff friendly. On occasion, you can hear the bass of the music from the nearby gym but it didn't detract from the experience. I will certainly be visiting again.

Been trying to find a decent masseuse for some time...only took me 6 years! My body is eternally grateful and I shall be back! Great place ?
