I had verrucae which had caused a lot of discomfort for a number of years. I'd tried many different methods to try and get rid of them including over the counter treatments, having them cut out, needling which as the name implies involves sticking needles into the verrucae to prompt your immune system to attack. None of these were effective. I then was recommended by a Podiatrist to try Swift treatment. This was conducted by Rachel who explained what I would feel and that it may take a while to have its effect. Sure enough after a couple of months following the swift treatment the verrucae started to fade and have now completely gone. Rachel was always pleasant and professional and to be honest I'll miss our chats during treatment. Totally recommended...

I first visited Rachel around 8 months ago with a large, painful verucca under the heal of my foot. I'd had it for over 10 years and had tried everything to get rid of it with no luck. I came across swift microwave treatment when searching the Internet and decided I wanted to give it a try.
Rachel explained that I would likely need 3 treatments spread over 3 months, but could possibly need more. Whilst I found the procedure quite painful and experienced discomfort when walking for about 5 days after each treatment, I could see and feel an improvement each time I visited. The verucca became flatter and started shrinking in size. 8 months and 3 treatments after my first visit, I'm happy to report that my verucca has pretty much gone. I no longer have any pain and I can finally take my socks off without fear of someone seeing the bottom of my foot.
Rachel was so patient and talked me through the full process. I would highly recommend the treatment and Plant Podiatry.

Had the most painful ingrowing toe nail ever ! No other option got to have it treated, Plant Podiatry came to the rescue. Urgently arranged appointment with Rachel , firstly the procedure was almost painless once the injection was in it was. Rachel got work and performed magic, the pain relief was brilliant. The after care was so thorough, now all healed , cannot thank you enough.

I recently had the Swift treatment for some stubborn verrucas that had refused to budge with over the counter methods.

Rachael was very clear about what the treatment would be like and that I would likely need three to four sessions to see results. She talked through the method in detail and whilst I knew it would be painful I felt confident to proceed after my initial consultation.

The treatment is painful whilst its being conducted, there is no getting away from that fact, but the pain doesn't last and has no lasting side affects. Rachael was supportive, kind and listened to me throughout the process.

I am pleased to say that after completing my course it worked after 3 rounds. I would highly recommend Rachael and the Swift treatment to get rid of stubborn verrucas.
