We have used Pinfold Vets since we moved near to the area. Pinfold was recommended and we have used these wonderful people ever since. Our dog Jax is known to the vet team as he is a calamity and they have always been professional and friendly. We would 100% recommend Pinfold Vets to family and friends. 1 star is to good for this vets, I would have given them zero if there was the option to so. They have a Shocking customer service they add an additional costs to my bill days after I had paid in full. I only found out about this when they emailed me, they didn’t even have the decency to phone me, they just sent an outstanding balance by email with no explanation at all , I had to phone them to find out what it was for, shocking customer service.
When they told me what it was and I disputed it the lady on the phone was not interested at all about it and was adamant the charge stood and when I told I was going to change to another vets practice she wasn’t bother at all, i am surprised they have any customers with that can’t be bothered attitude,
It was not the cost (£21.00) that was the issue it was the fact that they just felt they could just add additional costs on to you bill and say nothing at all

Thank you to all of the team at Pinfold Vets for performing a really tricky surgery on our family dog after diagnosing a cancerous growth. We were really worried but everyone made a scary time for us much easier. Excellent practice. Harry says thank you for saving my life 'woof woof!'
