My weekly Pilates class with Liz is one of the highlights of my week! Liz is a welcoming, kind, knowledgable and inclusive teacher. There is always a variety of adaptions for each exercise, so everyone can work at their own ability level. In terms of exercise, I run often, but I have only recently started doing Pilates classes regularly and it complements my running so much. Since having my children, several years ago now, I have been very aware that my pelvic floor was not what it used to be and I would often leak when I was running. In the 6 weeks that I have been doing Pilates regularly with Liz, my core and pelvic floor have strengthened to the point where I no longer have leaks when running, which is a game changer. I couldn’t recommend Liz enough, her group classes are small enough that she can give everyone the guidance they need and they are excellent value for money.

I am really seeing the benefits from joining Liz's Pilates class .
It was a real struggle when I started last year but now I am able to do some of the moves more easily.
I am awaiting surgery on my right knee and Liz gives me modifications that I can follow.
I am definitely getting stronger in my core and look forward to the class. Its good to see my class mates progressing too.

I joined the Pilates sessions with Liz following a month out with my back. I needed to change how i approach exercise as running outside and the impact is no longer an option for me. Liz was amazing helped me understand the core and how to set up and engage correctly for Pilates throughout the sessions to ensure im back safe and engaged with my core. The classes are small and personal and not intimidating they're fun and friendly. Liz has helped restore my confidence and ability to exercise regularly again and im back on the road to a healthy happy me 💖 cant thank you enough x

I’m not one for going to evening exercise classes, so a Monday lunchtime is a perfect time for me. After my weekly Pilates session with Liz I feel refreshed and ready for the week ahead. Liz is calm and reassuring if you don’t get the exercise quite right she will help you along. Liz also gives two to three options on some exercises to suit individual needs or if you just want to push yourself a little more. I must say I enjoy and look forward to my Monday Pilates with Liz.

I’d never tried Pilates before so was a complete beginner when I first went to Pilates with Liz. I’ve really enjoyed Pilates and Liz’s group sessions. The group had a mixture of abilities and Liz showed options for the exercises for beginners like me and more advanced participants. Liz’s demonstrations and clear instructions really helped me get the hang of the exercises quickly. I have found after a few sessions my balance is really improving, and I’m getting the hang of when to breathe during the exercises.

Liz’s Friday Pilates is a great way to kick off the end of the week. I love being able to join a class from home as I have a one year old. Liz gives lots of options for all abilities and gives feedback throughout the class, I feel like I’m improving every week.

Liz classes are dynamic and fun, Liz holds exceptional knowledge to support your progress throughout all her classes and she ensures no injuries can occur by warming up and stretching out correctly throughout class. I particularly love the Wednesday evening class and the Monday lunchtime. My posture, stamina and strength has improved through investing time in classes with Liz. I hold membership at a gym also but opt to attend Liz's classes also because she's so consistent and a great teacher.
