Am disabled (can't stand still for very long without back spasms and falling over, general mobility issues, and need a disabled parking space) and came to Riverside Medical Centre this evening for my covid booster jab.

Everybody has been so helpful:
Helping me park by the entrance.
Getting me a chair while I waited in the queue.
Coming out to me for the admin checks (booking numbers etc).
Making sure that there was a chair waiting for me when I came inside.

The jab process, second details checking, questions and explanations were thorough and easily understandable. The jab was quick and painless.

Definitely a 5/5 for Dignity Respect and Professionalism.
