Opening hours are difficult enough but to find it shut when it supposed to be open is even more frustrating! Left work early to make sure I got there in time only to find it shut!
My wife and I are at work before it opens, and rarely back in Oakham before it shuts, and lunchtime when one of us might actually be able to get there it is also shut! Will not be getting any prescriptions from here again!

Absolutely stinks of cigarettes in there! Always does! The two miserable women who work there are unhelpful and so unhappy. They must really hate their job. Customer service was really terrible.

Fantastic service, pleasant, friendly staff. I have terminal cancer & I can trust them completely with my many prescriptions.
And now I’m no longer allowed to drive the home delivery service saves me the bother of having to go into town & is completely reliable.
Having lived all over the UK over the years this is the best pharmacy I’ve ever had.

I went in today to get the pharmacist's opinion on a rash shour daughter had. The pharmacist was really lovely, extremely helpful and we were seen very quickly. Really great service, thank you!

This has fewer queues than its competitor.
It has an excellent range of items.
And prescriptions come in paper bags, which don't need to be cut open like a certain rival's.

Turned up for a vaccination as told it was with Mr pickfords (easy mistake) staff couldn't be ruder in pointing out it was at a different place
