I have been to Dave on two separate occasions for two different long standing issues. I was so impressed with how quickly Dave assessed and diagnosed what he thought my issues were and then within such a short space of time how quickly I saw improvements by sticking to the exercises set out for me. Dave was genuine in his determination to get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it as quickly as he could. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been to a number of physio’s in my time but David was fantastic. He went through a thorough and detailed diagnosis for my neck pain. He immediately recognised posture from working at a desk in front of a pc for hours on end as the root cause made slightly worse by tight muscles as a result of climbing. He set an exercise/rehabilitation plan which over four months has left me completely pain free with increased range and mobility. I’ll be sticking to the long term plan and be back for a deep tissue/sports massage in a month or so.

David is very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to and understand my problem/s, he successfully treated the main issue I had been referred about, which was neck pain and which was covered under my work insurance but also helped me with tennis elbow which flared up whilst under his care which was above and beyond what he was paid to treat, I really appreciated this and would not hesitate to recommend David to anyone looking for a physio. My treatment was extremely beneficial and any advice and exercises that David gave were appropriate and have helped me in the short and long term.

Went to David with Achilles tendon problem. I was worried that I would be unable to go on an upcoming ski trip. But with acupuncture, massage and exercises. The effort was worth it as recently had new ski boot fitting. Fitting takes over 3hrs to get the right boot to protect the individual feet. Explained what has happened and he said you must of been listening and doing what your physio has said as you bad foot had better flex than your good one. Fantastic result !!!
