Had a lovely experience at Physiofit. Malachi was very knowledgeable and gave me exercises to help my knee injury from squash. Ladies on reception were lovely and very friendly. Brilliant place.I was referred here after having issues with my balance & coordination for quite some time.About 10 minutes into my consultation,Clive had worked out exactly what was causing my problems & provided me with exercises to improve my symptoms.I go now at regular intervals for a check up & to see if there are any alterations needed with my physio program. I would highly recommend PhysioFit(& the ladies on the reception desks are lovely too ).

Both my son and I have received treatment for sports-related injuries from Clive. Problems were quickly diagnosed and the physio treatment started making a positive difference straight away. For my son, Clive also helped him think about his nutrition and how/when to cut down on sports that were aggravating things. For me, I’m back running pain-free after only a few physio sessions. Very happy! ?

I can thoroughly recommend Clive for his patience and attention to detail both in diagnosis and solving the issue with my hip. In addition to strengthening exercises, I also now have a better running technique. A detailed programme of the exercises was also emailed after each session.

I went to see Clive for a gait analysis following reoccuring injuries spanning back 10 years. Normally rehab exercises would work but over the last 2 years nothing was working despite physio and my dedicated approach to rehabilitation.MRI scans were normal so nothing was preventing me from running. Clive studied my gait and identified the factors affecting my running and explained why strenthening alone is great but won't help in this case, if I didn't identify the root of the problem. He has worked with me over the last few months on my gait and strength enabling me to successfully returned to running, which is something I thought I was going to have to give up. I am now back up to 5K without pain. Thank you Clive, a ten year problem fixed in a matter of a few months!

Thank you so much to Jean for the most amazing and thorough treatment for my dreadful bout of Vertigo. Jean took the time to investigate the cause and the best treatment for my lateral Vertigo , Trying new techniques and methods and giving me exercises to do at home to relieve my symptoms which has really helped me and given me my life back. Also a big thanks to the team on reception who always greeted me with a cheerful smile which when you are feeling really poorly puts you at ease and makes you feel you are in great hands. 5 ⭐️ is not enough for you guys thanks again.

I first went to Clive for rehab after an acl operation on my knee. He had previously helped our daughter Flora recover from the same operation. In both cases he was fantastic - extremely knowledgeable, understanding, very clear with explanations of what he/we were doing and why, and most importantly; motivating. I have seen Clive again for the long process of repairing an Achilles’ tendon. Once again he has been excellent with his treatment, patience and keeping me motivated and on track with my exercises. I would highly recommend Clive and the friendly team at Physiofit.

I have been seeing Clive at Physiofit for the past few months after a wrist injury over summer. Clive has been really brilliant throughout and would highly recommend. My wrist has fully improved now after my sessions thanks to Clive’s expert help. I wouldn’t hesitate returning for future injuries and would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
