After a course of treatment with Ben, I am actually grateful that my daughter had a problem with her back, as seeing him has been transformative in her rowing career.

As a rower himself, Ben's expert knowledge and ability to immediately identify and address the root cause of the issue has meant she has been able to build strength where she needed it, and mitigate the risk of future injury. His advice has also helped her refine her technique and tailor her training, while his kindness and encouragement have helped build her confidence along with her strength. She's now quite simply a better rower as a result of his care.

Ben Wilde has been my Physio for over 15 years and he is hands down the best Physio I have ever seen.
He is so experienced… to the point where he can often tell what’s wrong with me just by watching me walk in the room!

Ben has helped me rehab through hip surgery and multiple injuries over the years from olympic weightlifting, dancing, sprint training etc. His knowledge and experience goes unmatched and his assessments are always super thorough and I have always felt like he genuinely cares about my recovery (which I find is rare with other physios).

I am a Soft Tissue Therapist and often send complex patients to Ben for further assessment and treatment. They always come back to me with glowing reviews.

I have been going to Physio and More for a couple of months and have found all of the staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have been seeing Josh for an ongoing running injury and he has been excellent throughout the recovery process. I have also had an ultrasound scan by Sarah and she was also excellent. Definitely recommend Physio & More for their expert staff and great facilities.

Excellent treatment by Sarah who administered an ultrasound guided Steroid injection to a bursar around a torn tendon in my shoulder. Follow up massage and physio from Harry has allowed me to adopt my normal sleeping position for the first time in months. Five stars for both!

Last year Jacqueline, the osteopath at Physio and More, fixed my frozen shoulder and helped me recover a full range of movement.
