Pist off they sent me my £30 reheated order off food grey hairs in macaroni then black hair in my chips and cheese ..they resent me chips and cheese my partners pregnant so she was put off her meal and went elsewhere but my 2nd portion of chips and cheese had more black hair in it had to put it in the bin absolutely a disgrace from phoenix grill considering I order more than 4 times a week from yous well done to keeping the regulars happy ...feel free to have a game off find their hairs on my 1st then 2nd portion of chips

I ordered a waffle with strawberries and nutella and the waffle is brick hard and you've chopped if I'm lucky 1 strawberry in to tiny pieces. That's an absolute joke.

Used to be one of my favourite chip shops but to be really frank now it’s downright absolute rank now. Not only is it very expensive the food has gone down hill. Just ordered a large donner kebab with salad and sauce to share and a cheeseburger with chips and it was absolutely tasteless and cold . We only stay one mile away from the cafe yet we have paid a hell of lot of money to have cooked food that was freezing and charged £2.20 to have it delivered. The last number of times we have ordered a takeaway has been absolutely atrocious down right poor . Avoid the expense, the misery of cold tasteless food and if you have a tin of soup or beans in the house cook that instead and save yourself and your hard earned cash the misery . Avoid avoid avoid .

Normally top notch food. But tonight 06.09.23 the fish supper tasted like like it had been sitting around for too long. Fish was very small inside a lot of batter. It looked big but not much fish. I won't remove a star for this great takeaway but it was not up to their normal excellence.
Hopefully just a one off.

Order sent early, returned because my husband is diabetic. I had chosen the time which the delivery guy confirmed. Got a very unpleasant call from the shop telling me about wasting food, that I should have filled in the chefs instructions. I said why have a drop down time choice if it doesnt work. Was told if he knew about apps he wouldnt be working in a chip shop. Well heads up if you talk to all your customers that way you wont be working in a chippie because it will be shut! Will never order from here again
