I was booked in to see a GP at the Phoenix Centre instead of my usual GP practice. I was booked in for 16.15. I checked in at reception at 15.55 and waited until 16.40 and I still was not called to see the GP. In the end, I could not wait any longer because I had another appt to get to so I was not seen by the GP. All the receptionist did was apologise and advise me to ring my GP surgery again in the morning.

Very poor punctuality from the GP yet if a patient arrived 25 minutes late for their appt, they would not been seen yet it is OK for GPs to expect patients to wait longer than they should have. I understand the health service is under pressure but a 25 minute delay on a 10 minute appt is very poor indeed and is compromising people’s health, time and their patience.

I've had two appointments here for physiotherapy so far and had a really good experience. The receptionists are really friendly and helpful and the physiotherapist, Paul Harrison, is one of the best NHS health professionals I've ever seen. He's really understanding and takes the time to listen and fully explain things, and he's the first person I've seen in 3 years who has made me feel that I can actually recover.

Saw the out of hours GP service for blood tests and ECG. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The nurse who I saw was brilliant. She explained everything and treated me with dignity and respect. She has started to restore my faith in medical professionals. Thank you so much.

I have been lucky enough to visit here for an out of hours appointment twice. The receptionist is lovely, very helpful and professional. The doctor also very nice and took time to listen to me and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. It's so frustrating trying to get through on the telephone to my GP and so I am pleased I managed to get my appointments here.

Wasted trip to be told 2 years for treatment after waiting 2 years with chronic eczema. Never again will my daughter step foot in this dump!

I spoke to the most wonderful lady called Janet at the Pheonix Centre who gave me a contact number for a smear test. My doctors at Heywood Health ( argyle st) had cancelled on me 3 times!
When I called and spoke to Janet I was quiet upset as I had completely lost faith in my doctors surgery.
Janet was caring and super helpful, I just wish my surgery had staff with even a quarter of Janet's customer care and compassion.
My appointment for my test is tomorrow at the Pheonix centre and I cant thank Janet enough.
