On a Sunday after ringing 111 a young man Glen from the PHL Group Segensworth arrived to listen ,give me a thorough examination and explain my problems. Never met any paramedic to spend so time with me. Very thoughtful Thank you Glen 😊 Mrs Sheila Smith

I spoke to Dr Mo over the phone.He was concerned that I may have had a DVT in my leg and advised me to go to Hospital to start blood thinners. I explained my husband had had his night time rum so couldn't drive. Dr Mo then came to my house to examine me and give me my first dose of medication.
He drove for an hour to do this. The NHS are fantastic!

Absolutely awful service . Dealing with emergency prescription, out of hours for person dying from cancer. Waiting over 2 hours for a call back from medical professional , as call handler cannot help . They even given me a “sympathy “call, to advise me , I am on their list to call.
Another Tory scam privatising NHS services.

Paramedic Anderson Thornbury came via 111 to my husband John Wilson on New Year's Day. He was extremely professional and yet was able to empathise with my husband as to his condition. He gave him a thorough check and decided more steroids and puffers were required which he provided. An excellent service. Thank you
