Used to be a great pharmacy, but over the last year, where do I start? Prescriptions are often wrong or short on amount, will not answer the phone, and when I needed a prescription dispensed urgently, I was on hold to them for over an hour. I was unable to get to the doctors let alone the pharmacy, hence calling them to see if they could deliver. Eventually, my lovely neighbour made a special trip to collectmy medication, and even then had to wait for it. When I opened up the medication, the label stated “do not swallow”, looked inside the box and there was no information leaflet inside, no information anywhere on the packaging, luckily Google was able to provide the answers. Had this been an elderly person having this medication for the first time, I wonder if that person would not have taken it!
I order my medication on a Monday morning, and can usually pick it up on a Friday at the latest, yet today, Sunday it is still NOT ready, despite being told yesterday that it would be. This is all now becoming a regular occurrence.
When I’ve asked for advice, I’ve been told to go to see my GP, GP said to go to the pharmacy, so I used Boots, and they were absolutely brilliant.
I’ve even cancelled my covid vaccination at the pharmacy 😡
Personally, if you need advice from a pharmacy, do not go to Pharmacy Link.

Pharmacy Link have been great in helping with anything my daughters require but can’t get an appointment at the doctors, saving time and money. Hamze and the team are always friendly and helpful couldn’t recommend them enough.

East Wittering - Disgusting service .
I was told they're not going to accept my prescription because I ask for a Pacific brand that I know there's no guarantee of getting however there's a note on line of my requirements.
But they still try to dispense my whole prescription with a different Brand of one item that I refused to have and made it clear from the start if they don't have that brand, I'll take my prescription somewhere else .
Today they have now taken me off the system and told me to get my whole prescription somewhere else ! Telling me when I request from the Dr , to go somewhere else, and not to tick the box for their service
If they took heed of the notes on the system they wouldnt need to try an fob me off with a different brand - 1 item out of 7
Basically they don't like the fact that I won't accept what THEY WANT TO DISH OUT and not what the patient wants whether there is no guarantee of getting it ir not they should know by looking at the notes . Yet still try to give me something I don't want , so they get the 7 items dispensed. Because they don't care!
But I do care an don't want a different brand that affects me.
Now I have the prescription back.
Very unprofessional !
I will be making a formal complaint to NHS PALS about this service !

I recently used Pharmacy Link, as my usual pharmacy couldn't source a specialist dressing quickly. The staff, namely Allison and Amy, have been so incredibly helpful, super friendly and efficient and it has been an absolute pleasure to deal them both, over the past few weeks. They have delivered amazing customer service, and are a real credit to Pharmacy Link. Personally, I would award six stars if I could. Well done all!

Link was super efficient and very courteous. I drove from Brighton to East Wittering to get a Covid vaccination and I was really pleased with their service. They seem to offer diagnosis and help and I only wish we had a Link pharmacy nearer to where I live.

Fantastic pharmacy! This is where I always go and the service is far better than I have ever received elsewhere! My prescriptions are ready quickly and I get a text when I can collect! They have been super helpful for my mum when ordering a prescription from a surgery miles away! The staff are always happy to help and assist even if it’s something more unusual! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
