First of all, I got the same day appointment. Hurray! Long may it continue. Then, the service was good and prompt. The Doctor was calm, attentive and very friendly. Very pleasant building. Bright, airy and well signposted. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Lavatories well kept and spotless. It would be helpful if there was provision for drinking water, but this may be a cost related question. It's a new building but it is to be hoped that it stays as pleasant and welcoming.

Sat in the car, while my other half was getting her covid booster. She stated, that she got attended to very quickly, at her booked appointment. An important note: When sitting in the car, I saw a driver leaving the car park, ignoring the road sign and "turning right" onto a duel carriageway. So anyone visiting should be careful.

The new building is absolutely beautiful! The area has been redeveloped exceedingly well. Reception staff are friendly. Facilities there for all aspects of health. Toilets are extremely new and thoroughly clean and well-maintained.

Very incompetent and rude staff at reception on the first floor. I will ask my Dr to send me next time to a different place. You can feel totally neglected by staff.
