The team at Pennypot Dental have been superb. Having not been to the dentist for several years due to a completely unjustifiable fear I was somewhat apprehensive to say the least. From my very first interaction the team have been supportive, kind, friendly and reassuring. Safe is it to say that my fear has gone and more importantly my smile is back. I saw the dentist (Apil) and hygienist (Ash) as a new patient in the last week. I was nervous about changing dental practice after being with my previous one for 25 years. Since moving to the Edenbridge area 3 years ago, I’ve been travelling back to my previous practice, but when NHS appointments came up at Pennypot, I decided to take the chance. The whole experience was very positive, very friendly reception and clear explanations from Apil and Ash. My mind has been put at rest and I’m very glad to have found Pennypot. Would recommend!

Very good clinical service and excellent clinical and admin reception staff.
Very inefficient admin processes in place - only paper booking- and lack of clarity in regards to missed appointments policy.
On the private service, deposits are taken for procedures. Usually 50%. These are not refundable if one misses an appointment casually. In this case, misplaced paper at home and missed my appointment.
Be very aware to not miss any appointment accidentally

Lovely people. My son had 3 baby teeth removed today. They were very patient with him, let him take his time, having little breaks when needed, and still managed to make him comfortable. I can only recommend them.

After hubby being in so much pain and passed from pillar to post for 3 days. Gave Pennypot a call at 11.40 and given emergency appointment at 12. Treated & relieved of pain within the hour. Absolutely the best dental service EVER. Excellent staff and service. Highly recommend you register ASAP coz you won't find better!! Thank you all so much for your help today x

Today I saw the hygienist for the first time ever, I was a little apprehensive as I didn't know what to expect. But I didn't have to worry at all because Ash was extremely gentle, kind and professional, it was a very reassuring experience, I couldn't recommend him more highly.
