I had phone counselling with Penny and even so, it felt as if she was with me during the sessions. Amazing empathy and skills, I felt understood, supported, helped to get out of the black hole the world put me in. I think one of the things that makes Penny so special is that she's in it with the heart and soul so when you share with her something is like you feel she gets it. I am so grateful I found her. Thank you Penny.
