When I arrived to this Clinic I was welcomed by a nice man behind the desk. The staff are very friendly. Especially the dermatologists. The women helped remove an earring I've had for years even though she's never done that before she was willing to help. The assistant makes me feel calm and always asks how I am feeling everytime I go in. Even though I go there to get injections I feel comfortable and safe there. I recommend they're brilliant!

The reception staff allowed me to stay and wait with my husband, they even made a few friendly jokes to ease the nerves.
The receptionist gave us a mask as we didn’t have one. The reception team were friendly, funny, caring and took their time to make sure we were ok.
The surgeon and team were also very polite and friendly, even though we were the last patient of the day they still treated us as if we were the first.
Very happy with the clinic and would speak highly of them if anyone wanted information about the clinic.
Great place, clean, tidy and most importantly
Friendly and caring.

I attended Pelhams Clinic for a minor operation. The staff were so friendly and reassuring from the point of entering the building. The man who welcomed me in and the surgeon and her assistants could not have been more professional and caring. I was very impressed. They were engaging and kind making me feel confident that I was in safe hands. I would have no qualms at attending this clinic again should I need to. The whole procedure was professional, quick and painless. An explanation of what would happen and how to care for the wound afterwards was very clear and thorough. I cannot fault this clinic based on my experience.

I have been going to Pelhams for over 2 and a half years, for ongoing ulcer care, and to be honest I am very happy with the service. The reception team are always welcoming, and it's great to have built up a rapport with them. The nurses again have been super, I've been dealt with in a professional manner every time and once a relationship is established then everything simply feels right and I am comfortable enough to chat away ( I'm normally quite quarded )
All in all I have no problem recommending Pelhams, there is even a free car park opposite..!

Dreadful, had used own hand gel, insisted I used theirs despite being told we have sensitive skin. Q immediate reaction, itchy hands. Had been advised carer would be required then wouldn't let carer in. Avoid at all costs, if appointment had been for me I'd have left but was for a child
Along with no parking and job worth at the door not a good apart to a child's day
