Leaving this surgery as it is impossible now to get an appointment . They tell you to call upon opening but the phone says they’re busy and to call back later . When I finally got through at 10 in the morning I was told I was too late and the triage list is now closed and the only way I could try to get an appointment is to walk in the surgery at 8:30 but even then it’s not a guarantee . Bearing in mind this is for urgent medication . I can see why the CQC have problems with this group

Got a letter for a COPD review, got to the surgery it had been cancelled. Do not use this doctor's. The incompetence is totally unacceptable. Unfortunately I had to give one star, but didn't want to give any.

Supportive and flexible, the new online system has been a life changer. Super easy to get hold of, very responsive. Really appreciate the telephone appointments. There have been a few hiccups with admin and unexplained instances of name changes and repeat prescription rejections, but the team have always been quick to help and assist.

been waiting for an appointment face to face for months. I saw a nurse called Debbie along side a doctor. She was the most wonderful, helpful, lovely, kind, gentle and caring nurse. I cried and I will always be so thankful and grateful she was there for me that day. And I aspire to be just like her. What a lovely lady that pebsham surgery have!

I rang today to book for a Dr. 13 line and waited. Eventually spoke to make app.and for her to say ring back tomorrow. I explained I've had spine surgery a couple of years ago. Pins and needles in my feet, pain in my legs and I walk with 2 crutches and don't drive and in back pain and don't sleep well at all. I was told to ring back in the morning. I told her I wasn't a spring chicken any more. She wasn't helpful at all and put the phone down. How much have we got to do to be listen to be before we get an appointment. I've already rang 3 times this week to no avail.

I moved here 2 years ago and I should have listened to the warnings!!
The staff here, with the exception of a couple, are sooo rude and unhelpful: they don't know what patients are going through and with the emphasis on mental health nowadays they should treat people with a modicum of empathy and respect.
The new upgraded telephone system means your call will be answered by one of four surgeries but you cant talk to your surgery, as they cant put you through...messages are passed on (supposedly) but you never hear anything again.
I will be looking for a new doctors.

Can't fault their excellent service I called today at 8am for a Doctors call back got through in under 5 mins.Was greeted by a friendly receptionist that booked me in for a call back after 10am as requested. I was called by the Doctor at 10.45am she booked me in for a consultation at 2.30pm the same day.

I met with a lovely Doctor who assessed my suspicious moles and she has booked me in for surgery in the next 2 weeks.

This is truly amazing service..A BIG thank you

Had a blood test today. Gill was brilliant. Usual have problems with blood tests. Very good experience with Gill. All done in no time thank you.
