I have never had an arch nemesis but I do now. The lady who works at reception and answers the phone is horrible to speak to. I dread every call I have to make and she is always the person who answers for some reason. They probably keep her employed as they will get less patients because of her. The staff probably love her because they never have to deal with anyone because she makes sure no one ever gets an appointment. We will meet face to face one day and I will remember the voice…

Absolutely disgusting surgery, don't go here if you have mental illness, don't go here if you need regular medication. They don't believe a person can be completely responsible for themselves with no next of kin when it comes to medication, so if you have any issues with memory, you will not recieve your prescription from this surgery without massive gaps in taking your dosage. If you are having a mental health emergency, expect to wait a week before being acknowledged. If you want access to your personal record, forget about it. Everywhere surgery I've been with prior to this, you can arrange repeat prescription and access your medical prescription, sort sick notes and more with your GP. If I could give this surgery a lower rating I would.

Awful. Digital Triage by non qualified staff designed to keep you from seeing the doctors is dangerous and counter productive, people forced to urgent care for routine issues. Really unhelpful too.

Very complex to make an appointment. Never have the same GP twice, so no continuity of care. Now expect to just call you at any time during the day and you be available - as a business owner i cannot sit on the phone all day waiting for a call. Im not sure what needs to be solved but im tired of them hiding behind beaurocratic processes, long delays for paperwork.

The reception staff will do anything not to actually help you and do the least amount of work. Also told me not call 111 even after telling them my symptoms were getting worse. Staff was not listening to me only wanted to put their point across, very very dismissive.

I very rarely use a doctor other than for my usual asthma prescription. But I could do with speaking to someone this time but only get a machine, go online and I can't even request a call back. Great doctors poor booking system.

Would give 0 starts if possible but since that option not available, will go for 1 star. Can't seem to ever be able to get an appointment even if I try calling exactly as the clock strikes 8.30am. Did get through to reception who said I will get a call within 2 hours. That didn't happen and got a text instead asking me to complete an E-consult which I tried but seems to always be "temporarily" unavailable on their website. Staff extremely rude and don't seem to have any duty of care whatsoever or any empathy towards their patients.
