Not exactly pleased about the experience - well before closing time and despite at least 3 people in the staff area no activity was going on - no-one was moving, hiding in the aisles and chatting. Another person was sweeping one area of the floor in the customer area, but paying no heed to me nor the other customers. No-one was fronting the premises - presume the person who usually does wasn't around.

Not impressed.

However rating something as 1/5 isn't fair on the times it's been good. The lady who I tend to get served by is sound in my book, as are others, and they would ensure a higher rating. Unfortunately it's likely to be a case of the bad people letting the place down. Totally understand needing to not be stressed at work, however ignoring customers isn't the way to achieve that.

Awful. Just too busy. Cant cope with demand. Never answer the phone. Always at least a 10minute queue out the door just to be served, then another 30min wait for medication on a good day. Not what you need when unwell. Another example of this country's infrastructute collapsing under the strain of the aging babyboomer population and years of gov cuts.

What is the point of having an answerphone message asking you to hold to speak with someone and then cutting you off yes I heard the phone click twice then got cut off

Very rude and unhelpful staff. A blonde woman with lots of makeup speaking down to my elderly mum and gaslighting her in to thinking she doesn't know anything about her medication. Very embarrassing and upsetting for my mum.

Miserable rude staff who seem to think that customers are an inconvenience to their chatting. Very slow sorting prescriptions from the doctors 50 yards away. Frankly just awful.

Not very good at all, handed the wrong prescription despite checking the name and address and then checking the address again when it was handed over.
