We have just moved to the Elsenham area and it's so refreshing to receive great service from a surgery. The Patient Access reg was a little challenging but one day after a request for my statins they are on the way. Thank you for being efficient.

If your pregnant you will need to pay for a few to wright a letter to your work telling them your pregnant this is unacceptable behaviour and making my first pregnancy journey uncomfortable and not even support you at all plus £30 for a letter to your work stating your pregnant this surgery is a scam!!!

I am thankful every day that this is our surgery. Every single member of staff from reception, pharmacy and through to the clinical staff are fantastic. All very helpful and friendly. I've always felt listened to and validated during appointments. I trust them implicitly. The reception staff go out of their way to provide an excellent first point of contact and the dispensary staff are extremely helpful too.

The services I have received from the surgery are always excellent ( I am a patient there for last 6 years). The staff are always friendly, receptionists, nurses and doctors. This doctors is wonderful. I cannot praise enough. We've been in Henham for a year and needed the doctors a few times as I had a baby. Everyone I've seen, Doctors or nurses have been great. I get through to reception without any trouble and they are super friendly when they answer and I get an appointment without trouble. This is a long way from our old doctors in Harlow where you couldn't even get through to them, and if you did they were the rudest people of earth. Thank you so much elsenham surgery 🙏

Receptionist helpful and friendly. I was visiting the nurse and found her totally amazing, informative, friendly and so knowledgeable it was a 'pleasure!' - she was excellent during the procedure too :))
