My mam has mixed dementia and I had arranged to have her medication delivered to my address as she had been previously overdosing and I had arranged a pill carousel for her, after delivering fine for months to me they suddenly decided to deliver a month's supply to my mams house, it wasn't noticed until 4 days later and my mam had been subsequently doubling up on her medication. When I rang and complained, the pharmacist I spoke to didn't seem that bothered and just said would make sure it was send to me in future. I asked the manager to call me! I am still waiting 2 weeks later. Discusting
