Honestly the best GP surgery in Brighton & Hove. I work within the NHS and know the struggles many residents face when trying to be seen by a GP. Pavilion surgery have always shown me the utmost care and compassion. All staff at all levels are kind and considerate. They manage their appointment bookings and telephone system brilliantly. I have never struggled to get a routine or urgent appointment and have never been in a long queue to speak to reception. I honestly feel incredibly lucky to call them my surgery. If you live in the catchment area I can’t recommend them enough.

This is my sons GP surgery. A check up today. But not happy with repeated coughing in waiting area and no masks provided for patients or staff. And the TV full of information states to ware a mask to protect us from covid 19. It's like covid-19 never happened here

Dr Tamsin Hereford is the best GP I’ve ever been with. She’s helped me with both physical and psychological challenges I’ve faced with compassion, expert knowledge and outstanding support every time. Her dedication to her patients is inspirational and she is a credit to the NHS.

The surgery staff are also friendly with a good reception team and visiting nurses if ever I’ve needed an asthma review or blood test. A brilliantly run and well maintained practice from this patients point of view.

One of the worst gp in the city who continuously cancelled the child vaccine appointments from last 2 months and doesn’t ring up to inform the parents. They are the reason for children to fall sick in the city by cancelling the children appointments.

Had my first appointment with the GP today since we have moved to Kemp Town last December and all I can say is this Surgery is so amazing! It was so easy to book an appointment with the GP, the reception staff are accommodating and the Dr. who saw me was very brilliant, has addressed all of my concerns. Pavilion Surgery is an excellent practice full of kind, dedicated human beings who all do a fantastic job. Despite the horrendous pressures they face on a daily basis, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. All the nurses and doctors I have seen have been brilliant, but I would like to reserve special praise for own GP, Dr Martin, whose kindness, intelligence and understanding make him a great doctor.
