Going to a new drs I felt scared and nervous especially because of previous experiences but they made me feel extremely welcome, they were amazing and I’m so so happy that they’re my drs because I really didn’t want to mess around looking again I hope to stay with them from now on, outstanding

I have only been a patient at this practice for less than a year. But I would like to compliment the service you provide. The admin staff are very caring and listen to your needs on the phone, the GP's I have had appointments with have listened to me, I never felt rushed due to the 10-min appointment limit, and they are helping me with my medical issues. With all the bad press in regards to GP surgeries at the moment, I felt the need to review my drs. The level of care from the receptionists to the nurses to the drs is exceptional. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and everyone goes above and beyond to care for your every need!

i have been at Kings for almost 2 years. hardly ever needed them, however i have been turned away in several occasions and found it ever impossible to get medical attention.. with Patience Lane, i applied to be a registered Patient, and expected 4 days.. i got the call back via text THE SAME DAY.. excellent service so far. well done Patience Lane Surgery.

First and foremost, I think the care you get at this surgery is fantastic care. The quality and integrity as a family GP is exemplary but more fundamentally, as a family practice the care shines through all the staffs work. As a family and community GP EVERYONE takes the time to listen and makes ALL their patients feel valued and respected, and treating everyone as you would want to be treated yourself. The admin, nursing and doctors are truly remarkable and as health care professionals they put YOUR care FIRST
